ONE WORKOUT TO DO
Hold a handstand without moving (20sec)
I FUCKING DID IT MY FRIENDS! I just lasted 20 seconds on handstand! I'm so happy. It took me 18 days of training with an average of 10 to 20min per session.
My method was very simple:
Start holding against the wall for at least 2 minutes
Try to take the feet off the wall for 5 seconds
Try to hold without the wall.
Continue until success
