Leave everything behind to become a digital nomad
1% better every day at 11:11am - newsletter #021
When I see my Facebook statuses back then, I realize that I've come a long way. I became "digital nomad" without really realizing it 6 months ago. I now realize how lucky I am. We are living in an incredible time where you can create a business from your phone and work anywhere in the world, according to your desires.
I get a lot of questions related to "money".
But I think it's a fog that we put ourselves in to avoid taking the big leap. I meet many digital nomads who tell me how they got there. First of all, it's never overnight. Second, it's mostly about creating a resilient online revenue stream.
It all takes time. And first and foremost, you have to figure out what value you can bring to the world. Anything is possible and it's often not what you think about first. I even recommend that you forget about your current job. Try to think outside the box.

ONE VIDEO TO WATCH
Size 75 shoes launched to help social distancing
Grigore Lup, 55 years old, is a shoemaker who has designed a pair of shoes which size 75 and whose length will allow you to enforce the minimum distances required to limit the spread of the virus.
"I saw people crowding and not respecting the social distancing rules and I said to myself let's make a shoe either to punish them or something they could actually wear and maybe that way they will keep the distance.”
Originally it was a joke, but it has attracted media attention around the world.

ONE WORKOUT TO DO
The “Basketball Suicides Drill”
If you've ever played basketball in your life, you know what the word "suicide" refers to! Basically, that you're gonna die on the basketball court...
The principle is simple and you can do it anywhere. All you have to do is place 4 points equidistant from each other. The further apart they are, the harder it is!
You have to run touching point 1, go back to point 0, go back touching point 2, go back to point 0, etc. up to point 4. As quickly as possible. (see drawing below)
You can do it on your own and challenge yourself to improve your time every time. Or you can do it with several people and eliminate the last one at each lap.
