Road to 5:55am : Own Your Morning
When you start talking about personal development, you're always going to be challenged about your waking time. Hold on tight, because we're not talking about 7:00 in the morning...
It's probably one of my biggest challenges. I've got a mad desire to try and wake up at 04:30 in the morning like all these great entrepreneurs. Seeing honestly, that every attempt is a failure. I just had this idea: "Road to 5:55am"...
Take your average waking time over the last 10 days, and takes a few minutes off every days until you reach 5:55am. To succeed in creating a new habit and discover what he is hiding on the other side... For exemple : for 9am, it’s 6min / day, for 8am, it’s 4min / day and for 7am, it’s 2min / day.
We're perfectly in sync with the promise of this newsletter!

ONE PODCAST TO LISTEN TO
Plants have an impressive array of defense tactics to protect themselves from predators of all shapes and sizes--including humans. Stephen Gundry believes that these defense strategies make the seemingly virtuous plants that we consume every day--fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and seeds--far less "good for us" than we assume.
Dr. Gundry outlines the health hazards posed by lectins. The main sources of lectins in the American diet include conventionally-raised dairy products, beans, and other legumes, wheat and grains, and specific vegetables and fruits.
Ps : I read his book “The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in "Healthy" Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain” and it's quite confusing (if what he says is true!)
ONE QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF
How many times have you started your workday with a schedule and by 10 a.m. you were already completely off track or behind? Or how many times have you written a “to do” list in the morning but then found that by 5 p.m. the list was even longer? How many times have you looked forward to a quiet weekend at home with the family then found that by Saturday morning you were inundated with errands and play dates and unforeseen calamities?
It’s about learning how to do less but better so you can achieve the highest possible return on every precious moment of your life. (Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less)

It's like a reincarnation of YSL. This young French artist looks as tormented as he is talented. I don't know much about art, but I'm captivated by his surrealist drawings with bright colors !
