I like to use sports analogies.It makes it easier for people to understand. When you go to the gym once a week, you're unlikely to see results quickly. If you go to the gym 5 times a week, you will have a significantly faster progression curve. You'll learn more quickly how your body works, how to use machines properly and how to adjust your nutrition to provide you with the energy you need.
On the Internet, it's the same story. If you publish one newsletter a day, in 100 days you will have 14x more experience than someone who publishes weekly. Certainly, it's challenging. Certainly it's not suitable for all formats. But it's surely one of the best ways to progress quickly.
