The question to ask yourself every morning (before the day begins)
1% better every day at 11:11am - newsletter #022
I am often asked about my "block organization". But I am sorry to disappoint you.I don't have a millimeter schedule, I don't have a connected watch or a magical excel .
It's just a simple question I ask myself every morning before the day begins:
What do I want to accomplish today?
Then I place "what I want to accomplish" in the 16 daily hours (I sleep 8 hours a day) that I have at my disposal. At the end of my 30 minutes of "Bullet Journal", I trace 16 blocks (see example below), which correspond to my 16 hours from 06:00 to 22:00.
This allows me to realize two things:
It doesn't fit into the time frame, so I have to reprioritize.
I still have time available (which is good) and so I can decide to add (or not) things to do.
A good way to find out if you can be more productive is to look at the variability of your day. If you leave home and by the end of the day, you've only done 10 or 20% of the things you planned to do, then there's a lot of room for improvement

Donald Trump was hoping to breathe new life into his presidential campaign with his meeting in Tulsa (central United States). But the crowd hoped for by the Republicans did not show up this Saturday. After announcing nearly a million registrations, the U.S. president was unable to fill the 20,000-seat Bok Center.
On social networks, teenage K-pop fans claim to have sabotaged Donald Trump's meeting by booking thousands of seats at the Bok Center without intending to attend. As soon as registration for the political rally opened, they allegedly encouraged their TikTok subscribers to register for the rally and not attend.
