We were born to run. Millions of years ago our survival depended on it. But our society has evolved so fast, that we no longer have to fear the sudden appearance of a sharp-toothed tiger, or to be afraid (in developed nations) of not finding food for dinner. We switched to "subway-work-sleep" mode.
Some people see running as this alien form or this punishment you have to do because you ate too much the night before. But haven't we spoiled this wonderful advantage that nature has given us?
Running is the easiest way to relieve stress, to come home relaxed after a hard day's work, to take time for yourself, or to help you live a healthy life in old age.
Running can be done anywhere, anytime and without any equipment. Whether you're a marathoner or an amateur, just open the door and start running.
