Have you noticed that we always define ourselves by what we do and not by who we are? It's a pity if you think about it...
I took a public speaking course last year. The first exercise was to describe myself for 3 minutes by answering the question "who are you". First, 3 minutes is a very long time! I haven't been able to make it through the three minutes.
Why? Because at the time, I had just left my startup and I didn't know what I was going to do with my life yet. I realized that all my life I had learned to describe myself by what I did (professionally) and not by who I was.
Now, I always ask the question "who are you" rather than "what do you do". People are often confused. While it shouldn't be, we are much more than what we do for living.
Try doing the exercise with friends, you'll be surprised! Take the stopwatch on your phone, start it and ask your friend to introduce himself.

Amazon has announced that it will acquire Zoox, a self-driving startup founded in 2014, which has raised nearly $1 billion in funding and which aims to develop autonomous driving technology, including vehicles, for the purposes of providing a full-stack solution for ride-hailing.
Zoox will continue to exist as a standalone business according to Amazon’s announcement, with current CEO Aicha Evans continuing in her role, as well as CTO and co-founder Jesse Levinson. Their overall company mission will also remain the same, the release notes.

I don't think this video is going to interest many, but I just watched it just now. And it's super interesting (if you ride a bike). We realize that the human body is a "machine like any other", which needs its energy to work.
By the time you read it, I'll be doing Paris-Deauville (210km) by bike! On an adventure of this kind, I will consume between 5000 and 6000 calories over 8/9 hours.

100x Jumping Jacks + 50x High Knees + 25x Burpees
20x Pushups + 15 Squats Jumps + 10x Strict Pullups
5x Strict Toes-to-Bars + 15 Squats Jumps + 20x Pushups
25x Burpees + 50x High Knees + 100x Jumping Jacks
Go for 2 rounds. If you do it in less than 30min, you’re are in a pretty good shape !
